DuPage SHRM Chapter Meeting Sponsorship
Thank you for your interest in sponsoring a DuPage SHRM chapter meeting!
We currently have four sponsorship levels. Here is a brief summary of sponsorship benefits and costs:
ANNUAL MEETING SPONSORSHIP
Cost: $3,000
Payment required no later than the time of the January meeting (6 meetings per year)
Benefits at each meeting:
- You present to the attendees for 5-10 minutes to SELL your products/services - don't be shy!
- You and your attending representatives are introduced to all the attendees at the meeting.
- You provide attendees your marketing materials on their luncheon seats.
- You provide additional materials and table top display on a special table in the room solely for your use.
- Your logo is included on our meeting notices.
- Your logo is attached on our website.
- 2 free luncheon attendee meals.
INDIVIDUAL MEETING SPONSORSHIP
Cost: $750
Payment required no later than the time of the meeting
Benefits:
- You and your attending representatives are introduced to all the attendees at the meeting.
- You provide attendees your marketing materials on their luncheon seats.
- You provide additional materials and table top display on a special table in the room solely
for your use. - Your logo is included on our meeting notices
- 2 free luncheon attendee meals
LOGO ONLY PLACEMENT
Cost: $500 for the year
Benefits:
- Your logo is prominently placed on our website for 1 year
- May include a link to your site
- Visibility to DSHRM membership and those visiting the site
- Your logo included on any/all printed materials produced for meetings
- Your logo on signage at our registration table for all meetings/events
