Mastering our Humanity: Connecting Performance to Strategy

What’s missing from most models of how to lead and manage people is a fundamental understanding of what a human being is.  This presentation provides a behavioral model of what constitutes human being, such that leaders and managers can apply it to communicate more effectively.  Using that model, we identify critical components of a mission and vision and tactics for using those over time to engage employees toward the fulfillment of that vision.

Attendees will learn how to identify seven basic business drivers and identify how individual positions influence metrics and contribute to fulfillment of the mission and vision.  Further, they will identify tactics for using metrics to positively manage performance and create a culture of continuous improvement.

Sponsored By: Lucas James Talent Partners provides HR and Talent teams with Contract Full Life Cycle Recruitment and Sourcing Services as a cost-effective, flexible alternative to traditional contingent recruitment firms.
