Neil Dishman, Principal at Jackson Lewis, returns to present an update on the administration and its impact on employment legislation. We will discuss what has changed already and what is likely to change in the future across many areas of employment law. Topics will include Wage-Hour Challenges to Come, ERISA Update, Paid Sick Leave, Today’s Hot Topics, and a Bonus Topic. Attendees will leave this update with practical tips to use at their firms to ensure compliance within today’s legislative and political environments.

Neil H. Dishman is a Shareholder in the Chicago office of Jackson Lewis P.C., a national law firm representing management exclusively in workplace law and related litigation.
