Thank you to Neil Dishman and Jody Kahn Mason of Jackson Lewis for providing DSHRM's Legislative Update presentation on March 21, 2019.

Topics included: changes to the IL minimum wage, identifying exempt and non-exempt employees, calculating OT, expense reimbursement changes, new litigation related to the Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA) of 2008, leave management trends, #metoo impacts in the workplace, and some expectations for 2019 legislative changes.

Additionally, I extend a big thank you to our event sponsor: iSolved HCM
